Responsibilities

• Develop and manage craft recruitment marketing materials across social media, digital, print, and hiring events.
• Draft compelling recruitment messaging, employee stories, campaign content, graphics, and promo materials.
• Create and maintain integrated content calendars aligned with project hiring priorities and campaigns.
