Weekly Hours: 40-50 hours
Standard Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 PST (09:00 - 18:00 MST, 10:00 - 19:00 CST, 11:00 - 20:00 EST)

We are seeking an organized, adaptable, communicative, and values-driven entrepreneurial professional to join us as a Recruitment Manager. This role reports to the Senior Director of Recruitment, Onboarding and Compliance, collaborating with the Onboarding and Compliance team, operations managers, and vendors. The role involves managing vendors and direct reports.
What You Will Do:
- Oversee and manage direct reports to meet hiring goals
- Track, evaluate, and improve team performance metrics
- Organize and motivate team members to achieve tasks on time and with quality
- Support capacity needs within the team
- Review call recordings to coach and improve recruitment techniques
- Maintain up-to-date training materials
Manage high-volume recruitment across multiple metro areas:
- Generate leads via online and offline platforms
- Ensure recruitment materials (interview rubrics, questions, postings) are current
- Support the driver referral program
- Assist in strategies to enhance applicant experience (e.g., testing AI, refining driver personas)
- Conduct A/B testing on job ads
- Create and maintain a recruitment travel calendar
Support employer branding efforts:
- Collect reviews from current drivers
- Keep online presence updated (Indeed, social media, etc.)
- Review and escalate negative feedback
Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment systems
Create and update driver personas
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years in a recruitment leadership or sourcing role with a successful track record
- At least 2 years of remote work experience
- 2-4 years of people management experience
- High-volume recruitment experience across multiple states
- Experience leveraging technology and AI to improve processes
- Experience hiring non-salary positions
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Minimum 18 years old
- Reliable computer with camera and microphone
- Stable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Fountain
- Experience recruiting regulated positions (e.g., bus drivers)
- Knowledge of pupil transportation regulations
- Ability to leverage diverse recruitment sources
- Experience with A/B testing ads
