Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight of a home care recruitment team.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting and hiring HHA/PCA candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data and KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention, recruiter productivity).
• Build relationships with local businesses, HHA schools, PCA schools to boost candidate flow and brand awareness.
• Be a point of contact and build candidate relationships during recruitment and after hire.
• Provide flexible support across offices and during orientation/events as needed.
