Leprino Foods in Colorado is seeking a Recruitment Lead to support the plant non-exempt recruitment process, assist with onboarding duties, and lead employee engagement initiatives in the Greeley area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with HR experience or a Bachelor's in HR; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with dairy/food manufacturing; willing to relocate; the company offers competitive pay, benefits, and a path to grow with a global leader.

• High School Diploma or GED required, with minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience - or - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar program with some HR work experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.
• Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to relocate with geographic flexibility is highly desired.
