Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Greeley, CO invites applications for a Recruitment Lead to support our plant HR team. You will manage non-exempt recruitment processes, assist with onboarding, and lead employee engagement initiatives in a fast-paced dairy production environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum 5 years HR experience or a relevant degree, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to relocate within the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HR experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
• Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.
• Technically sound in HR fundamentals and best practices for manufacturing operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required, with minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience – or – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or similar program with some HR work experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Familiar with industrial operations, preferably dairy or food manufacturing.
• Technically sound in Human Resources fundamentals and best practices and the application of them in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to relocate with geographic flexibility is highly desired.
