Job summary

FIFTEEN WEST in New York, NY is seeking a Sales Enablement / L&D Consultant to train and coach recruitment consultants, developing graduates and experienced recruiters into commercially capable professionals through structured training, hands-on coaching and performance-led development.

You will deliver a four-week Academy for ~17–20 new starters, coach through 1:1 sessions and workshops, and use performance data to identify gaps and drive measurable improvements across a major New York office.

Qualifications

• > Around 1–2 years of recruitment experience across full lifecycle.
• > Confident discussing recruitment scenarios, sales objections, candidate conversations and negotiations.
• > Strong presentation and communication skills to engage graduates and stakeholders.
• > Experience mentoring, onboarding, coaching junior colleagues.
• > Commercially minded, energetic and competitive in a sales-focused team.

Responsibilities

• > Deliver a four-week Academy programme for groups of approximately 17–20 new starters, covering recruitment, sales, candidates, clients and end-to-end process management.
• > Coach consultants through 1:1 sessions, small-group workshops, observation and practical feedback.
• > Diagnose performance gaps and create targeted development interventions that move people from current capability to stronger results.
• > Partner with managers and senior stakeholders to understand team challenges and translate them into practical learning solutions.
• > Use Power BI and performance data to identify trends, measure gaps and focus development where it can make the greatest difference.
