Job summary

CareSphere is seeking a Department Supervisor – Recruitment to oversee the daily operations of our Application Processing and Onboarding Department. This role ensures accurate review of applications, supports team performance, and maintains compliance to create a seamless hiring experience for new candidates.

You will supervise staff responsible for processing and onboarding, track KPIs, and collaborate with leadership on growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum one year of supervisory or administrative experience in a home health or related healthcare setting preferred.
