Job description

Lynk is the inventor of satellite direct to device or D2D technology, and has the world’s only commercial license from the FCC to operate a commercial D2D system. Today, Lynk allows mobile network operators' subscribers to send and receive text messages to and from space via standard unmodified, mobile devices. Lynk’s service has been tested and proven on all seven continents, has regulatory approvals in more than 30 countries and is currently being deployed commercially based on more than 40 MNO commercial service contracts covering approximately 50 countries.

Job Summary:

Lynk Global is on the hunt for a passionate and dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to help us build an incredible candidate experience from start to finish. As an early member of our talent acquisition team, you’ll be at the heart of driving growth by coordinating virtual and onsite interviews while delivering a top-tier candidate experience. You'll be the face of Lynk for candidates, ensuring that each one leaves excited about the possibility of joining us.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the architect of an unforgettable candidate journey, from scheduling phone and video calls to organizing seamless virtual and onsite interviews to tracking candidate data.
  • Build strong relationships with our candidates and team, ensuring communication is friendly, professional, and confidential when needed.
  • Partner with recruiters to bring creative ideas to life, from improving processes to launching fun, innovative talent acquisition programs, such as employer branding efforts, campus recruiting events, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Track and optimize every interaction, acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates.
  • Ensure data integrity and update candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Ashby.
  • Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate data in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruitment or coordination strategies and solutions to make our processes more efficient.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience, ideally in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.
  • Experience in an operational position that works with cross-functional team members.
  • Experience in roles that require a high bar for customer service.
  • Experience working in an environment that requires for continuous process improvements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and fun to work with.
  • A team player mindset, thriving in a collaborative environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and a razor-sharp attention to detail.
