We're looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Private Equity Portfolio Practice. You'll join a team of 2 who are specialists in recruiting CFOs and senior finance professionals into PE-backed portfolio companies. This is a growing team with huge aspirations, and we're looking for someone who can match our enthusiasm and professionalism. Our team operates a soup-to-nuts model in which Consultants are exposed to client- and candidate-related work, managing the entire recruitment life cycle.
Our NC team is located in Charlotte's rapidly growing business hub. You'll find us in South End, perfectly positioned to leverage the vibrant local market. Our Charlotte team has been on the ground since 2023, and works hand-in-glove with our NYC office and London HQ.
