With decades of experience in the Legal Marketing & BD space across the UK, Europe, and internationally, Ambition launched our US division in New York in 2024, building on our well-established global client relationships. Since then, we’ve experienced rapid growth and are looking for ambitious and driven consultants to join us on this exciting journey.

You’ll be joining a small, dynamic team led by our Associate Director, helping to further develop and expand our Legal Marketing & BD recruitment offering within the US market based in our New York office. You’ll be working with an existing client base of highly impressive and prestigious law firm clients, leveraging strong relationships that have been nurtured and developed over decades.

We’re excited to bring on ambitious individuals who share our vision for success to continue our expansion of the New York office and replicate our longstanding achievements on an even bigger scale in the US market.

• As a result of our continued success and growth, Ambition is seeking proactive, consultative, and driven Consultants or Senior Consultants to join our expanding team in New York.

• You will receive comprehensive training to become a market specialist within the Legal Marketing space. You’ll have access to an impressive roster of existing law firm clients to work with as well as the opportunity to build your own network of new clients.
• We are excited to be in the position to continue investing in our team and can offer someone a completely warm desk, with no cold BD required, we literally have roles waiting for you on day one! As a business we also don’t believe in strict KPI’s just to hit a number, so culturally our focus is on service and quality, both for our clients and candidates.
• As a business we also only operate on opportunities at mid-c-suite level, so your target comp range of roles worked will typically be between $180-300,000, covering a mix of contingency, exclusive and retained searches.
• Each individual in our team also works on a 360 basis, so you will have the opportunity to manage both the candidate and client process, giving you the opportunity to build your own longstanding connections and brand in the Legal market.

No prior experience in Legal Marketing is necessary. With over 12 years of expertise in the field, our Associate Director will provide the industry insight, training, and hands‑on support you need to succeed in all aspects of the recruitment process.
