Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Denver, Colorado. You will build professional relationships, source candidates, and handle the full recruitment process, with an emphasis on sales and negotiation across multiple levels.

You’ll receive extensive training, mentorship, and an opportunity to transfer to global offices. The role includes uncapped commission potential, a clear progression plan, and occasional travel for industry events.

• Includes base ($41,500) and projected commission potential year 1, however earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance. You will also receive an additional transportation allowance of $2,000.

$41,500 – $58,000 + Transport Allowance
