Job Description

Within this position, you will work as both a recruitment and sales consultant, sourcing and approaching candidates, building relationships, and placing talent with clients. You’ll get direct mentorship from a team that has built searches in this market for years, and you’ll be taught how to qualify a search properly, read a candidate’s motivation and run a process from start to finish.
