Mara Talent is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Austin, TX. You will join a specialist recruitment agency focused on building high-performing go-to-market teams for top tech and SaaS companies globally, covering AI, data, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, and martech.

The role blends in-office and remote work with 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH. From day one, you’ll be trained to recruit across software sales, sales engineering, and technical markets, working with US, Europe, and beyond.

Recruitment Consultant

Austin, Texas (4 days in office, 1 day WFH)

$50k--$55k base + uncapped commission ($80k-$100k OTE)
