The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, with a strong focus on business development, client relationships, and revenue generation.

You'll be responsible for:

• Proactively identifying, developing, and winning new business.
• Building strong relationships with clients and hiring managers.
• Developing your own specialist market and client portfolio.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and representing high-quality candidates.
• Managing recruitment processes, negotiating offers, and closing deals.
• Building a consistent pipeline of opportunities and generating repeat business.

You'll have the autonomy to grow your own desk, supported by experienced leadership, established infrastructure, and ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals with 6–18 months of recruitment experience, ideally within a sales-focused or 360 recruitment environment.

You'll be:

Experience in Technology, Energy, Construction, or Infrastructure recruitment would be beneficial but isn't essential.
