The Recruitment and Community Coordinator (RCC) is responsible for outreach, community engagement, and implementing an annual student recruitment plan that aligns with our region’s student recruitment goals. This individual will be expected to spend the majority of their time focused on application acquisition efforts in the community. To be successful in this role, an RCC brings a track record for implementing successful recruitment strategies by using diverse in‑field tactics, building relationships with neighborhood partners, and meeting weekly targets. An RCC should be comfortable working in an environment that requires you to juggle multiple priorities and competing deadlines, while never losing sight of the overarching goals and desired outcomes. An RCC must be available to work flexible hours, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
