Job summary

The Sales Account Manager at Workforce1 Career Centers coordinates employer engagement and business development across New York City, supporting the Fordham Hub and Hunts Point Satellite with travel to employer sites throughout the five boroughs.

This role builds long-term partnerships, collaborates with Recruitment and Career Services to fill job orders, and analyzes labor market trends to drive outreach and opportunities for jobseekers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales or employer engagement.
• Strong understanding of NYC's business ecosystem and labor market trends.
• Excellent communication, networking and relationship management.
• Willingness to travel throughout New York City for employer visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactive outreach to employers to identify hiring needs and promote Workforce1 services.
• Develop and maintain long-term employer partnerships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with Recruitment and Career Services to fulfill job orders with candidates.
• Track employer interactions, job orders and placements in internal systems.
