Talent Acquisition Partner (G&A & Technology)

This role involves supporting a high-growth US Defense Tech innovator.

We are looking for a seasoned Talent Partner specialising in General, Administrative and Technology talent for one of our clients, a pioneering defense tech company. They build advanced, proprietary hardware and AI/ML-powered software robotic weapon stations purpose-built for national security and defense modernisation.

The role itself

• Embedded within a client account, representing a cutting-edge defense robotics brand as an 'in-house' recruiter.
• Sourcing top-tier talent across Software Engineering, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Operations.
• Managing pipelines, scheduling interviews, and handling candidate negotiations (the recruiter bit).
• Deep-dive sourcing across LinkedIn, technical communities, professional networks, and specialised talent pools as required.
• Liaising with client-side stakeholders, engineering leaders, executives, and department heads in Austin.
• Working alongside Bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction.
• Having fun hiring humans for awesome clients!
