Thrivent is offering a spring part-time Recruiting Intern role within its Talent Acquisition team. You will gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, collaborate across teams, and contribute to candidate experience and process improvements.

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday or CRM tools is a plus.

Join Thrivent's Talent Acquisition team as a Recruiting Intern. This internship offers exposure to the recruiting lifecycle, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities to contribute to candidate experience and process improvement initiatives.

You'll work closely with the Advisor Growth Center of Excellence (COE) and regional Advisor Group leaders to support recruiting operations and learn the fundamentals of talent acquisition in a mission-driven organization.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

• Rising junior or senior

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday or CRM tools is a plus

The applicable hourly wage range for this full-time role is $23.00-$26.00 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
