The Investment Operations Intern will gain hands‑on experience supporting Thrivent’s investment operations team and learning about the investment trade lifecycle. Working alongside experienced professionals, the intern will assist with operational processes such as trade support, cash management, corporate actions, reporting, and data analysis.
This internship offers exposure to investment products, financial markets, and operational systems while developing analytical, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in exploring a career in investment operations, asset management, or financial services.

The applicable hourly wage range for this full-time role is $27.00-$30.00 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
