Job summary

The PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Recruiting Solution & Outreach Manager to shape talent attraction strategies aligned with business goals. You will partner with leaders to drive priority initiatives and use data to guide decisions, delivering measurable recruitment results.

You will lead sourcing programs, manage a team, and collaborate with external partners to optimize talent acquisition through workforce analytics and labor market insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of prior management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing programs, campaigns, and tools to meet talent objectives
• Manage a team of professionals responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates
• Serve as relationship manager for external partnerships and contracts (staffing/marketing agencies, etc.)
• Lead consultation with business partners on creative recruiting solutions using labor market data
• Partner with HR and business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Identify efficiency initiatives to enhance talent attraction and coach teams on TA tools and data
• Participate in cross-functional project teams
