Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking a machine operator to support printing press operations on rotating day and overnight shifts. The role requires precise tape measure reading, color matching, and problem-solving skills to maintain press quality.

The candidate must be a self-starter who thrives in a team, be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work a 12-hour shift across both day and night periods. Day shifts pay $17.00/hour and overnight shifts $18.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have prior machine operator experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Comfortable with ladder climbing and heights.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts including day and night.

Shifts: 8am-8pm & 8pm-8am – Must be Flexible working both shifts

Day Shift $17.00/Hr8am-8pm is the shift that you will start on

Overnight Shift: $18.00/hr
