Texas McCombs is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to coordinate on-campus recruiting efforts for full-time and internship roles. You will manage interview schedules, postings, and employer events with the Career Services Management system (12Twenty) and data tools, ensuring accurate opportunities and excellent service.
Collaborate with program partners and staff to optimize the interview process, manage center operations, and support recruiters and students through peak periods and events.

Manage a portfolio of companies and industries to coordinate the on-campus recruiting efforts of employers seeking to hire business students for full-time and internship employment. This includes coordination of interview schedules, job postings, and employer events such as information sessions, office hours, and networking events.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Regular staff who have been employed in their current position for the last six continuous months are eligible for openings being recruited for through University-Wide or Open Recruiting, to include both promotional opportunities and lateral transfers. Staff who are promotion/transfer eligible may apply for positions without supervisor approval.
The retirement plan for this position is Teacher Retirement System of Texas (TRS), subject to the position being at least 20 hours per week and at least 135 days in length.
A criminal history background check will be required for finalist(s) under consideration for this position.
