Qualifications

• 7+ years in recruiting or HR operations, with at least one end-to-end build of a recruiting function
• Expert-level Greenhouse ATS experience including design, reporting, and integrations
• Experience connecting recruiting tools via native integrations, APIs, or middleware
• Strong analytical skills with experience building recruiting dashboards and forecasts
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and deliver on time
• Clear, proactive communicator who works effectively with executives, hiring managers, recruiters, and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Own the recruiting engine: diagnose, prioritize, ship scalable solutions
• Build, fix, and integrate recruiting tools and data feeds with minimal manual work
• Administer Greenhouse: workflows, permissions, scorecards, reporting
• Integrate tools via APIs, vendors, and connectors
• Collaborate with Marketing and HR on interviewer training and candidate communications
• Create dashboards and forecasts to show pipeline health and headcount planning
• Drive end-to-end ownership and keep stakeholders aligned
• Protect candidate experience across application to background check
• Build for compliance with audits and data hygiene
• Raise the bar by documenting processes and mentoring others
