Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting with hands-on sourcing and hiring in competitive markets.
• Self-starter with accountability, comfortable in ambiguity and driving searches forward.
• Proven ability to source and close senior-level leadership talent in competitive markets.
• Clear, proactive communicator with candidates and hiring managers; keeps stakeholders informed.
• Strong understanding of business functions to evaluate candidate depth and role fit.

• Source, engage, and close senior-level candidates for cross-functional roles.
