Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking a Recruiting Operations Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. The role offers hands-on exposure to recruiting operations, interview coordination, and employer branding within a fast-growing furniture company.

The internship runs Fall 2026 (Sept–Dec 2026), is part-time (20–25 hours per week), and on-site in Austin. Ideal candidates are pursuing a related bachelor's degree and eager to learn about recruiting processes and metrics.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning new technology and working with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Communicate interview logistics and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support the candidate experience by ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Maintain candidate records and job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).
• Assist with recruiting reports, hiring metrics, and recruiting operations.
• Support the offer process, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment activities.
• Help plan and support recruiting events, career fairs, and internship programs.
• Assist with the administration of the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and supporting employee communications.
