Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage postings, screenings, onboarding, and maintain our employment brand. You will coordinate job postings across internal and external sites and conduct phone screenings to build a strong candidate pool.

Successful candidates will have experience with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office, excellent verbal and written communication, and outstanding customer service skills. Background checks and pre-employment drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to experience and learn all areas of the tire/automotive service business.
• This job will also require successful completion of a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities
