We're seeking a Recruiting Manager with expertise working with Wealth Management & RIA clients, placing Wealth Advisors, Certified Financial Planners, and RIA candidates. The ideal candidate will be our strategic partner in leading sales and growing a Wealth Management practice.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate:

• Domain Expertise: 3+ years of current experience working with RIA clients, placing Wealth Advisors, Certified Financial Planners, and Client Service Associate candidates
• Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading and scaling teams of agency recruiters. You excel at hiring, onboarding, training, and managing performance.
• Recruitment Expertise: 5+ years as a successful full-desk agency recruiter, including Sales, Account Management, and Recruiting. You know the game inside and out.
• Growth Mindset: You're hungry to grow, scale, and innovate. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and think like an intrapreneur.
