Chick-fil-A is seeking a Recruiting Leader to interview and select talent for our Wilson, NC location, helping build relationships and support policy and procedure adoption.

The role covers developing recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and maintaining ongoing candidate relationships while contributing to HR reporting and process improvement. Must have an associate degree and experience leading recruitment in dynamic environments.

Immediate Opening for a Highly Skilled Recruiting Leader

As a Recruiting Leader, you'll play a vital role interviewing and selecting talent for our locations in Wilson, NC. Working along side the team will allow you the opportunity to build relationships and assist with policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities
