Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience working in a busy office setting.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Efficiently manage workload i.e. be self-driven
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook
• Process management or project management experience, preferred
• Familiarity with social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn

Responsibilities

• Process assessments
• Manage all aspects of job postings in the applicant tracking system and other job boards including social media
• Set up new recruiting accounts
• Process cancellations and renewals
• Update and maintain internal reports and databases
• Ensure that every client is responded to swiftly and kept up to date on the status of their job postings
• Conduct salary surveys
• Assist with sourcing
• Assist with coverage including conducting prescreens
