The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support strategic recruitment across legal and professional roles. You will manage on-campus interviews, coordinate with law schools, executives, and ADAs, and help maintain candidate documentation and onboarding processes.
Key duties include posting roles on DAO career pages, coordinating travel for interviews, and supporting the recruitment team with events and communications.

The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office (DAO) stands at the forefront of modern, reform prosecution and is committed to recruiting and hiring talented, diverse professionals across all levels of the organization. The Recruiting Coordinator supports this mission by working closely with the Recruiting Manager, Chief of Staff, and Executive team to develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies and protocols. While the role is heavily focused on legal recruiting, including law students, interns, and attorney hiring, responsibilities may also extend to recruiting business professionals such as paralegals, victim advocates, IT professionals, researchers, etc.
Serving as the primary point of contact for the On-Campus Interview (OCI) process, the Recruiting Coordinator manages a high volume of applications generated through partnerships with law schools, recruiting events, and the DAO’s careers page. Key responsibilities include sourcing and reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews with the Executive team and Assistant District Attorneys (ADAs), collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders, registering for OCI and organizing legal recruitment events, coordinating travel, extending offers or rejections, preparing candidates for onboarding, and maintaining precise and accurate documentation.
This is an exempt position with the City of Philadelphia. Immediately upon assuming office, the new hire will receive benefits similar to those of other City of Philadelphia employees, including the below benefits:
