Job summary

depthfirst Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and build the operational foundation for fast hiring without sacrificing quality.

As one of the early members of the recruiting team, you will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes moving. This in-office role is ideal for highly organized, proactive individuals who want to grow with depthfirst.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Desire to create a great candidate experience
• Highly proactive and resourceful
• Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable with senior leaders and changing schedules
• Ownership mentality in fast-moving environments
• Willing to learn and grow in recruiting
• Located in or relocate to San Francisco (in-office)

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling across multiple teams and loops
• Create high-touch candidate experience from interview to offer
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to move processes quickly
• Manage onsite logistics for SF office visits
• Keep ATS and recruiting systems accurate and up-to-date
• Identify scheduling bottlenecks and candidate experience issues
• Help build recruiting processes, templates, and workflows
• Support referrals, sourcing, events, and offers
• Learn full recruiting lifecycle and take on ownership
