Our client, a hedge fund, based in Midtown, NY is seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join its fast-paced recruiting team. Candidates must have at least two years of prior relevant experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the hiring of world-class talent while gaining hands-on experience in best-in-class recruiting operations within the investment management industry.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process
• Prepare interview materials, maintain candidate records, and ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Manage candidate communications, including interview logistics, status updates, and next steps
• Partner closely with recruiters and the broader HR team to deliver a seamless and high-quality candidate experience

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
• Background in financial services
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
