Job summary

Ampere Computing is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Santa Clara. You will manage the end-to-end interview scheduling process, coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

This hybrid role requires onsite presence in our Santa Clara office 2-3 days per week. You will also serve as a Super User of our ATS and partner with People & Culture on process improvements and special projects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Experience coordinating for executive leadership and managing complex calendars is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and virtual collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Coordinate and schedule complex interviews involving multiple interviewers across time zones.
  • Manage overlapping calendars to simplify interview logistics with many participants.
  • Deliver a welcoming candidate experience from scheduling through onboarding.

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Utilize Jobvite ATS to manage candidate and interview data.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture to improve recruiting processes.

  • Proactively manage all interview-related communications and updates with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Expertly handle and resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes, troubleshooting challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Utilize Jobvite, our ATS, to accurately manage candidate and interview data.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People & Culture teams to identify, propose, and implement improvements to recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience.
  • Provide essential onsite Facilities support, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
About You:
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and interview scheduling.
  • Experience coordinating for executive leadership and managing complex calendars is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Jobvite experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).

  • Demonstrated discretion in handling and protecting confidential and sensitive information.
  • Experience supporting technical recruiting (e.g., Semiconductor, Engineering) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite at our Santa Clara office 2-3 days per week within a hybrid work model.
