Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative role.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever).
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple departments and teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with HR to ensure smooth transitions between recruitment and onboarding.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to the recruitment process.
• Develop recruitment templates, tools, or guides for hiring managers.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and records.
• Book rooms, arrange travel, and set up virtual interviews as needed.
• Ensure interviewers have materials and schedules for interviews.
• Prepare and send offer letters to candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks and references.
• Prepare and run reports on recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance).
• Manage interview schedules in ATS and calendars; ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Act as primary point of contact for candidates throughout recruitment.
• Provide timely responses to candidate inquiries and updates.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, thorough, and flexible in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will work directly with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates. You will get to partner closely with the talent specialist lead to develop and execute on a variety of projects to enhance our recruiting experience and process. Responsibilities

• Work closely with HR to ensure smooth transitions between recruitment and onboarding.
• Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
• Assist in developing recruitment-related templates, tools, or guides for hiring managers.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and recruitment records.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role, preferably in the tech, AI, or ML industry.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
• Experience in coordinating interviews across multiple departments and teams.
• Understanding of the tech industry and typical roles (e.g., Software engineering, ML engineering, Product management, Account executive, etc.).
• Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, to interface with candidates and hiring managers.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
• Problem-solving skills to manage last-minute scheduling changes or candidate needs.
• Customer service orientation – ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Data-driven mindset
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
• Adaptable to changing hiring priorities.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $75,000 - $110,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
