Job description

What is Kalshi?

Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.

We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.

  • Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.

  • Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.

Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.

Role Roadmap

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Kalshi, you'll be the first face candidates see, and the engine that keeps our hiring process moving. This is an in-person role - you'll greet candidates onsite, own onsite interview logistics, and keep every calendar in sync. It's an ideal entry point for someone 1-3 years into their career who wants exposure to every part of the hiring funnel, with a clear runway to grow into a full-cycle Recruiter as you build sourcing, screening, and closing skills alongside the team.

What You'll Do
  • Partner closely with recruiters to spot friction in the process and help fix it

  • Support employer branding and candidate experience projects as they come up

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple interviewers, calendars, and time zones, often on tight turnarounds

  • Keep candidate records and pipeline stages accurate and up to date in the ATS

  • Greet and host candidates in person, making sure every visit to Kalshi feels sharp, warm, and well-run

  • Own interview-day logistics: booking rooms, prepping materials, coordinating candidate travel when needed

  • Serve as a candidate's main point of contact for logistics - answering questions, setting expectations, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks

What You Bring
  • 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, recruiting, executive assistant, or operations role

  • Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple calendars and moving pieces at once

  • Strong written and verbal communication, with a warm, professional in-person presence

  • A proactive, no-task-too-small attitude and genuine interest in recruiting as a craft

  • Desire to grow into a full-cycle Recruiter role over time

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
