Job summary

Unconventional AI in Mountain View is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our growing team. This onsite role ensures a world-class recruiting experience for all candidates and keeps our Mt. View headquarters running smoothly.

You will manage end-to-end interview logistics, maintain Greenhouse ATS data, and act as the primary point of contact for candidates while coordinating onboarding and culture-building events with leadership.

Qualifications

• Highly organized with a no-task-too-small mindset and a track record of keeping things on track.
• Proactive problem solver who fixes scheduling conflicts before they surface.
• Tech-savvy with modern tools (G-Suite, Slack) and experience with an ATS (Greenhouse) and scheduling in GoodTime.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high-level candidates and internal executives.
• Based in or near Mt. View and able to work onsite 4+ days a week.

Responsibilities

• High-velocity scheduling: manage end-to-end interview logistics, including complex panels and onsite visits.
• Recruiting operations & data: maintain Greenhouse data, update reports, track pipeline metrics for leadership.
• Candidate concierge: be the primary point of contact for candidates from first greeting to final offer.
• Culture & onboarding: assist with onboarding and organize team-building events and celebrations.

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our growing team in Mt. View. This operations role will ensure a world-class recruiting experience for all of our candidates!

The Role

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the complex logistics of a high-growth startup. You will be the face of Unconventional AI for candidates and the "glue" that keeps our Mt. View headquarters running smoothly. This is an onsite role requiring a minimum of 4 days per week at our Mt. View office.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Scheduling: Manage end-to-end interview logistics, including complex technical panels, onsite visits, and international time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Recruiting Operations & Data: Maintain the integrity of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will update recruiting reports, track pipeline metrics, and provide the leadership team with visibility into our hiring health.
• Candidate Concierge: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates. From the first greeting to the final offer stage, you’ll ensure every "Unconventional" candidate feels supported and informed.
• Culture & Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding of new hires and help organize team-building events, offsites, and "unconventional" celebrations that strengthen our culture.
