A little about this position:

• Work as an integral part of the Recruiting team within Human Resources.
• Ensure timely contact with all applicants.
• Acts as liaison between applicants and hiring managers.
• Acts as an ambassador for Mammoth Mountain and the Human Resources department.

Requirements:

• Previous reception or office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, publisher, teams
• Workday recruiting experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience
• Motivated, organized and enthusiastic demeanor
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Previous recruiting experience preferred
• Flexible and adaptable in the work environment
• Be a positive team member and collaborate well
• Knowledge of Mammoth Mountain or ski industry preferred

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $22.00
