This position ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices
Payrate:
$31.00 - $32.00/hr.

- This role would support our Digital & Technology TA Division. This team provides recruiting support for salaried management/support roles across the United States. This position ensures all responsibilities within the hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices
Typical task breakdown:
- Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team including generating required letters and documentation for prospective candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings etc.
- Assist in the benchmarking with industry competitors and development of hiring policy documentation.
- Prescreen resumes sourced against existing job requisitions at the direction of recruiters. Assist in interview scheduling with the hiring managers or administrative assistants. Schedule interviews with the prospective candidates.
- Provide a white glove service to our colleagues and candidates alike.
- Oversee/coordinate offer letters, contracts roll-out process, background/reference check process, security clearances and other pre-hire/transfer activities.
- Assist in execution of all pre-hire activities including collection of documents.
- Support gathering data required to create new hire record and update recruitment applications (Workday) as required to prepare records.
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 10+ years
- Degree requirement: HS Diploma

Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $31.00 - $32.00/hr.
