Holland Sharpe is a growing recruiting firm focused on manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, and leadership hiring. We’re seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our recruiting team in Nashville.

You’ll source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking; conduct phone interviews; and build relationships with job seekers throughout the hiring process while coordinating interviews with clients and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable making outbound calls every day.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Coachable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Sales, recruiting, customer service, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates through outbound calls, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Build relationships with job seekers throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and clients.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within our CRM.
• Work closely with our sales team to fill client openings.
