• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new software and systems.
• Ability to handle information professionally and maintain confidentiality.
• Interest in recruiting, HR, and supporting business operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including reviewing resumes, identifying potential candidates, and supporting candidate outreach.
• Help coordinate interviews and maintain candidate information and recruiting records.
• Support internship program activities, including applicant tracking, communications, and onboarding coordination.
• Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, document organization, and other business operations projects.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to support company initiatives and improve internal processes.
