Overview

Recruiting Associate - Part Time. Location: United States. Workplace Type: Remote. Work from anywhere in the U.S. Part-time, up to 30 hours per week (hours may vary week to week). Pay: $18 per hour.

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Recruiting Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll connect with candidates over the phone, qualify their fit for open roles, and guide them through the next steps of the hiring process. You'll help create a smooth, professional candidate experience while supporting our clients\' recruiting needs. If you enjoy talking with people, keeping projects organized, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be a great fit.

What You\'ll Do
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Track activity and progress in our applicant tracking system (Gr8 People)
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Confirm interview logistics (time zones, platforms, candidate prep)
  • Handle rescheduling needs quickly and professionally
  • Serve as the candidate\'s main point of contact during the interview process
  • Provide timely updates, reminders, and instructions to ensure a positive experience
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents when requested
  • Assist with background checks and compliance requirements
  • Support special recruiting projects or events as needed
  • Protect sensitive candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism
