Job summary

Aquent Futures is an early career program for high-achieving graduates. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the recruiting side of our business, learning to find talent, assess skills, and build candidate relationships while connecting people with career-changing opportunities.

Remote/Hybrid work is available, with onsite Detroit, MI requirements periodically. Training, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders help you grow quickly into future recruiting leadership roles.

*While this role is primarily remote, being within commuting distance to Detroit, MI is preferred due to onsite requirements on a periodic basis*
