Job summary

The Staff Pad is seeking a motivated Associate Recruiter to support our recruiting team. You will source and screen candidates, build pipelines, and present qualified candidates to clients. This role offers hands-on training, structured development, and a clear path to full-cycle recruiting.

Schedule: Full-Time | Fully Remote. You will collaborate with recruiters, manage ATS records, and stay informed on market trends to drive client hiring success.

What You'll Do
