Job summary

Trulieve in Tallahassee seeks a mid-level Recruiter for a temporary assignment to support talent needs in a fast-growing company. You will manage phone screens, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill a variety of positions while adhering to recruiting laws.

The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience with high-volume sourcing, proficiency in ATS/HRIS, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniques.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of positions.
• Background recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferred.
• Experience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas).
• You are highly motivated, confident, and high-energy.
• Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• You are flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• You are organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up.
• You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates.
• Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV).
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening.

POSITION SUMMARY

TheRecruiterwill be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve’s human capital, while supporting Trulieve’s mission and values daily. The Recruiter is the Company’s main point of contact for retail recruiting and serves as the primary reference to support this activity.

This is a mid-level position that is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting initiatives that are aligned with identifying talent. The position requires a strong foundation and an understanding of all applicable laws and recruiting regulations and guidelines. The Recruiter is responsible for carrying out principles and standards that support Trulieve’s commitment to people.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
