- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and source highly qualified candidates

- Partner with leadership to map out long-term talent acquisition strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of building diverse and high-performing teams in a startup environment
