Role Description

We are seeking a Talent Delivery Recruiter to support our Sales Recruiting team by delivering top candidates in a fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively to impact the delivery of candidates from our Talent Attraction team into open roles across the AMER Sales organization.

Your Impact

• Match candidates sourced from Talent Attraction recruiters with Account Executive opportunities
• Coach candidates through the interview process
• Implement recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates
• Partner with business leaders to understand needs and hire qualified talent
• Collaborate with departments such as Recruiting Coordination, Talent Attraction, Employee Marketing, Sales Strategy, Headcount Management, and Finance
• Work independently and collaboratively, taking direction as needed

Desired Skills/Experience

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
• Proven track record of meeting goals and executing flawlessly in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage ambiguity and operate under pressure
• Proficiency with ATS and platforms like Workday and Beamery (highly preferred)
