Job summary

Actalent in Appleton, WI is seeking a permanent onsite Talent Solutions Specialist to drive growth by expanding target accounts and delivering top engineering and construction talent.

You will establish accounts, manage relationships, and coordinate with recruiting to meet client needs, using CRM tools to create value and win repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, leadership, and/or sales.

Responsibilities

• Serve as talent solutions subject matter expert for territory.
• Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including CRM tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers; qualify business and create value.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and new accounts.
• Maximize profitability by negotiating bill rates; align direct labor rates with market standards.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants and marketing resumes.
• Lead sales-related activities including client site meetings and consultant lunches.
• Collaborate with recruiting to fulfill client talent needs.

• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships by leveraging resources including but not limited to CRMs and external networking tools.
• Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers; get results by asking appropriate questions that qualify business and take advantage of opportunities to create value and meet client needs.
• Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts.
• Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms; ensure that direct labor rates are in line with market standards.
• Build and maintain relationships within accounts by providing quality consultants; proactively market resumes of ideal candidates.
• Perform sales related activities including, but not limited to leading meetings at client sites and client manager, and consultant lunches.
• Partner with the recruiting team in identifying top Construction Management and Engineering talent to fulfill client needs.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $45000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
