Job summary

TrueBlue is seeking a RenewableWorks Recruiter to fill client staffing needs by recruiting and maintaining a qualified workforce, identifying job opportunities, and aligning assignments for diverse client sites. This remote role supports multiple client locations and may require travel up to 10% for events.

You will manage the hiring process, advertise positions, participate in job fairs, screen applicants, and coordinate payroll and orientation while ensuring safety and satisfaction at client

Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
  • 2 years experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales.
  • Bilingual language skills preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Overview

The RenewableWorks Recruiter is responsible for filling the needs of RenewableWorks diverse client base by recruiting and maintaining a highly qualified employee workforce, identifying job placement opportunities, and properly assigning the workforce.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing cost effective recruitment functions including locating and visiting outside centers of recruitment, processing field employee and customer referrals, and weekly contact with inactive field employees
  • Maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
  • Contact potential qualified candidates for specific job openings
  • Execute local recruitment programs and provide information about the Company and its opportunities
  • Write and place job advertising in various media
  • Coordinate participation in, set up display, and work at job fairs
  • Make public presentations at schools, organizations, and job fairs regarding the organization and opportunities
  • Complete all phases of the Employee Hiring Process
  • Process customer orders by assigning Employees to customer sites. Assist with conducting assignment follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction is being met, safety guidelines are being followed, and employee satisfaction. Conduct all required Quality Assurance Process steps during customer site visits
  • Process weekly employee payroll in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • Handle phone traffic, schedule appointments, greet applicants, administer pre-employment assessments, and coordinate application paperwork; administer post-offer drug screens and conduct applicant background checks; conduct safety and new hire orientation for all new hires
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree in related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
  • Bilingual language skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Highest commitment to customer service, development, and satisfaction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs and customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce, and applicant tracking systems
  • Valid Driver's License and a car that can be used for work.
  • Construction/Renewable Energy knowledge and/or experience preferred
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear for long periods of time. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds.
  • This is a remote/virtual role; work from home.
  • Travel up to 10% for meetings and events.

Salary Range: $60,600 - $75,800 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for incentive pay, subject to plan terms.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
