Job summary

The Planet Group in the United States is hiring entry-level recruiters to join our staffing team in Chicago. We provide training, mentorship, and opportunities to build your professional network in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

We offer base salary of 50,000 plus an uncapped competitive commission structure, a supportive culture, and a path to growth in Energy, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Construction sectors.

• Effectively source candidates using social media, job boards, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Organize candidate search process and manage expectations around rates, salaries, titles, and client requirements.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients by providing tangible information.
• Maintain effective and frequent communication with candidates to develop long-term relationships.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of offers to candidates.
• Work independently and exercise independent judgment in engaging and developing candidates.

Primary Responsibilities
