Select a range of assessment and selection approaches to enable the organization to make informed choices about candidates.
Administer assessment events, arrange logistics forassessors and candidates, and collate information for assessors.
Ensure all internal and external interviewers and assessors are competent and fully trained in the chosen approach and in diversity and equality practices.
